Consider encoding ‘Kenkoo Zenrakei Suieibu Umishou’. I downloaded this off of Nyaa after seeing it was in English and in MP4, but was disappointed when I found out you had to associate the English subtitle with the episode. Fine when I’m on my home computer, but when traveling I currently prefer a hardsub so it can be downloaded to my iPad.
Yes Umishou does have a underlying ecchi theme, but from the little I have seen of it it’s harmless. And a little ecchi never hurt anyone.
